Day 01: Arrival Cairo (Lunch)
Meet and greet upon arrival at Cairo airport by our local representative who will assist you through airport customs & formalities. Lunch at local Indian restaurant & then you will be transferred to your hotel for check in and overnight.
Day 02: Full Day Pyramids (Breakfast)
After breakfast we start exploring ancient Egypt with a visit to the famous Pyramids. The Great Pyramid of Cheops which was built by manual labor, is the largest of the three main Pyramids and is the only survivor of the Seven Great Wonders of the Ancient World, the Pyramid of Chephren, which is the best preserved, and the Pyramid of Mycerinus. Next, we move on to Sphinx, a marvelous sight carved out of a natural rocky outcrop, the lion’s body stretching 45m, with its paws 15m long. We will visit the Papyrus Institute and learn how paper was made in ancient times followed by shopping in the Papyrus Museum, Perfume factory and Jewelry shop. Next continue to visit Egyptian Museum spending about two hours at the richest Museum worldwide accompanied by our guide & enjoying his explanation about the history specially the King Tut’s part with the master piece; his golden mask. Back to the hotel & overnight.
DAY 03. CAIRO / LUXOR (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
After Breakfast, transfer to Cairo International Airport and fly to Luxor. Upon arrival, assistance by our representative and transfer to the Eastern bank of Luxor to visit the amazing Temple of Luxor, dedicated to the worship of Almighty God of the New Empire “god Amun” and visit Abuelhagag Mosque. Transfer to the cruise for your four nights’ accommodation based on Full board excluding drinks and enjoy Galabiya party on board. Overnight in Luxor.
DAY 04. Luxor / Edfu (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
After breakfast, meet our guide and transfer to visit Karnak Temple then transfer to the West Bank of Luxor to visit the Valley of the Kings (where the tomb of Tut-Ankh-Amun (the visit to this tomb is not included), the guide will give explanations of the tombs, then move to the beautiful Temple of Der el Bahari, dedicated to the funerary cult of Queen Hatshepsut, and the Statues of Memnon and back to the cruise. Sail to Edfu. Dinner and Overnight in Edfu.
DAY 05. Edfu / Kom-Ombo / Aswan (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
After Breakfast, disembark and transfer by carriage to the Temple of “Horus” (represented by Falcon) God’s Power was once partly covered by silt during the periodic flooding of the Nile River After completing the rescue and restoration work, find one of the most beautiful temples of the Ptolemaic era in a state of exceptional preservation. Overview of Edfu. Return to the cruise. Sail to Kom-Ombo Lunch. Landing and visit to the Temples of the Gods Sobek (crocodile) and Haroeris. Return to the cruise Sail to Aswan. Dinner and Overnight in Aswan.
DAY 06. ASWAN (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
After Breakfast, disembark and transfer to visit the gigantic task of the modern era, built by the Egyptians, “Aswan High Dam” (considered the second largest in the world). Later visit the beautiful Temple of Philae, dedicated to the worship of the Goddess of Love the Goddess Isis. Back to the cruise for lunch and after which, enjoy riding Felucca (sailboat) on the Nile and have a look at Elephantine Island and Agha Khan Mausoleum. Back to the cruise for dinner with belly dance and oriental show party on board the cruise and Overnight in Aswan.
DAY 07. ASWAN / CAIRO (Breakfast)
Check out & meet with our representative to transfer to Aswan airport. Upon arrival at Cairo meet with our representative transfer to hotel & overnight.
Day 08: Cairo – Final Departure (Breakfast)
After breakfast check out and transfer to Cairo International airport for final departure.
